Juana Castanheira is an Advanced Certified BodyTalk practitioner. Her extensive training includes Micro Current Biofeedback Therapy, SourcePoint Therapy, Reiki, Access Consciousness Bars, Linking Awareness Intercellular Communication, Holographic Kinetics, Raymond Grace’s Management of Energy, intuitive healing, Healing Touch for Animals, Theta Healing, Bach flower essence treatment, and doTerra essential oils. Born in Colombia and raised in Brazil, Juana now lives in Santa Rosa, California. She speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian. She is a member of the International Body Talk Association.

She shares her personal stories that led her to her current journey in healing herself and others. Her mother's death when she was on her fragile teenage years, her brother's liver disease, transplant and recovery, and her realization that she spent 30 years in a cult all contributed to the strength and determination that she now manifests in her healing work.

Her superpower comes from her being highly intuitive. She can see what needs to be corrected. She's always thinking outside the box.

For Dementia caregivers, her advice is " Do not do it alone; get help whenever and however possible. Care for yourself."
